I discovered this fabulous recipe for banana pancakes with caramel-banana syrup in last month's Bon Appetit, and after our first taste test DH and I agreed it would be perfect for Christmas breakfast. It's like bananas Foster pancakes! You can find it on line at epicurious.com. (P.S.
