It's raining! It has been raining! It will rain more!

Good news for the parched ground!

Ya. It's raining here too. A lot. The church is leaking. A lot.

Am I the only one who worries about outdoor kittehs when it rains this hard? Some people let their cats out in the morning and go to work. What do the poor kittehs do?????

raining here too and I have been drinking my Breakfast Blend Coffee( way past b-fast!) and snuggling on the sofa with the kittehs.
Oh, Sue, from my own expereince, cats will find a dry place. They are intellectual creatures by god's grace...Unlike cows, doggies, birds, and horses, the ywill find a dry place and they curl up in a ball and fluff up their fur.
They stay warm and dry.
The problem (at least for my parents cat) is when the staff return home. Do I abandon my warm, mostly dry and comfy spot and make a mad dash for the house (and get wet) or do I stay here and be hungry and just a little chilled?
HMMMMMM....slightly wet and full belly or empty belly, dry and soemwhat warm.....
These are the things cats think about....

I was just sitting here thinking about how long it has been since I smelled the rain and heard the thunder. It is wonderful.

Oh, I'm so glad it was just rain! This morning I heard the weather person saying there were tornadoes in your area, although apparently they were visible on radar but not being visualized by anyone on the ground. Phew!
