Going through today's mail, I flipped through the bills and credit card offers to glance down at the new Presbyterian Outlook magazine and thought,
"Why is Dick Cheney on the cover?"
Looking again, it's a photo of Joseph Small, Director of the Office of Theology, Worship and Education for the P.C. (U.S.A.).
Sorry.
I enjoy reading Joe Small's perspective. He's a good teacher, too.

For a moment I was scared that maybe Dick Cheney is a Presyterian elder, like Donald Rumsfeld. How would you like to moderate that session?

My brother is constantly being mistaken for Dick Cheney. It's eerie how much he looks like him. So I did a real double-take (pun intended) when I saw this photo.
Amazing that there's a 3rd guy out there that looks so much like the other two!!

That's funny. We used to be in his Prebytery... I never thought of the resemblance to Dick Cheney.
I too had to look long and hard. It's been nearly 20 years since I saw Small in person. 20 years can make quite a difference. I never would have know it was him!!!!!
Gee...what can I look forward to in 20 years? Maybe no one will recognize me!
